Manage daily operations and staff, providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, managers, and teams across the organization. Ensure strategic IT planning and effective management of the overall IT budget. Serve as the IT lead, engaging directly with clients to manage expectations, prioritize IT needs, and partner with key stakeholders to define, scope, approve, and initiate projects. Coordinate HAEA resources to meet client demand for IT support. Regularly recommend business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department and the organization. Escalate IT security, network management, and infrastructure issues, ensuring swift resolution of client issues and production problems by deploying appropriate resources. Troubleshoot IT-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement cost-effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.

Define departmental responsibilities and establish policies and procedures for system development and operations. Assess information technology needs and recommend essential equipment and software solutions. Oversee IT projects to ensure timely, complete delivery. Develop short- and long-term hardware and software strategies to meet evolving IT requirements. Implement effective communication channels with suppliers and vendors, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer service. Analyze and evaluate operational and management controls, recommending improvements as needed. Develop and manage the IT budget effectively.
