Involved with the Site Design, Transportation, Architectural & Landscape Architectural Groups at the Schneider Corporation which provides Land Surveying, Site Development Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Architectural, Landscape Architectural & GIS Services.

I am responsible for working with Real Estate Managers and Construction Managers to facilitate the Site Development Process for real estate projects to focus on the economic and engineering feasibility of the projects. Responsibilities include the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the due diligence, entitlements, and permitting phases of the projects within an established real estate pipeline/portfolio of multi-site retail programs. Starting with project inception to the beginning of construction, I am responsible for assembling the resources, forge the required relationshipes with local municipalities to lead the development team and manage the development applications and finalize project approvals. Accountable for identifying all mandatory permits and licenses in order to develop/build at the subject location and ensure that all permits are obtained prior to the commitment to construct. Currently responsible for McDonald's restaurant drive-through site improvement program nationally across the United States.
