Reporting to the General Manager Strategic Projects Group responsible for re-engineering key business processes across Powercor/Citipower P/L as part of the transformational change program.

Responsible for developing and setting up the Strategic Direction for the Modernisation (people, Processes and technology) of the Network Services business. Initiatives include, trial and implementation of multi media and field mobile communications and computing technology, in preparation for re-engineered work processes and pending implementation.

Managed a bid team for a significant bid for Powercor Network Services.

Strategically manage Powercor’s and Citipowers field resources, contractors and associated employee’s.
