Managed all reseller accounts in the Eastern Territory for two years and acquired the Southwest Territory in 2001.- Facilitated new business through new OEM accounts.- Maintained a database of resellers in the Eastern and Southwest Territories.- Provided email and phone sales support for resellers of GTCO CalComp products including: Pricing, availability, order management, presales questions and functionality of the products.- Collaborated with other account managers to promote a strong reseller network by targeting major accounts and helping them increase monthly sales through promotions, special discounts and offering coop marketing funds.- Worked with the marketing department on trade show coordination and meeting shipping deadlines, while maintaining daily operations with new and existing clients.- Developed and implemented training programs for a strong reseller network. Used PowerPoint presentations to showcase new products and facilitate in the training and use of the products.Instrumental in developing laptop budget and procurement for Scottsdale sales staff.- Supervised customer service representatives in performance of their daily duties and was consulted regarding annual staff evaluations.

Responded to requests submitted to the help desk by faculty and staff for software upgrades or software and hardware conflicts on installed base of over 1,000 computers.- Maintained faculty and staff computers (PC & Mac) by performing network upgrades, software installation and trouble shot hardware problems.- Supported Microsoft Office Suite and WordPerfect on MS-DOS, Win3.1, Win95, NT and Macintosh platforms.- Supported and trained students, staff and faculty in the use of First Class Group-ware for the School of Management- Prepared instructional pamphlet and PowerPoint presentation for student, staff and faculty training on the use of Netscape Navigator.
