Administered policy guidance, short, medium, and long term planning, maintenance and logistics support for 1,165 personnel, over 54 H-60 helicopters in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and the Global War on Terrorism abroad. Implemented maintenance management in which enabled the initial training of 75 Naval Aviators and 115 Naval Aircrewman qualifications in preparation for fleet assignments in operational commands.● Developed MH-60 specific policies in addition to new commercial based publications such as the Scheduled Maintenance Plan (SMP), User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Minimum Equipment List (MEL), and the Mission Essential Subsystem Matrix (MESM)● Established Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for U.S. 5 th and 6 th Fleets, initiated logistic planning, I-level flight line support, and facilities requirements for the Sikorsky H-60 helicopter requirements.● Managed logistical support of retiring H-60B aircraft through liaison with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Fleet Support Team (FST), and Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Support Systems (NAVSUPWSS); resulted in a 75% increase in operational readiness.

Led a staff of 213 personnel spread across 12 work centers and monitored oversight of maintenance | repair of 9 P-3C aircraft. Planned and scheduled maintenance to include offsite major re-work and overhaul, incorporated Air Worthiness directives, conducted aircraft inspections, updated Aeronautical Log Books, tracked and scheduled High-Time Component replacements.● Coordinated with multiple Department of Defense (DoD) entities for successful relocation of $23.5M oftest equipment, special tools, and supplies form Ali Airbase, Iraq to Isa Airbase, Bahrain; attained 98%operational readiness rate, amassed 6,900 flight hours, received Navy Commendation Medal and NavyAchievement Medal for superior performance.● Trained, mentored, and evaluated 15 safe-for-flight personnel; screened all documentation required,determined aircraft is safe for flight and improved level of reliability in various aspects of aircraftmaintenance operations and safety.
