CurrentAdministered policy guidance, short, medium, and long term planning, maintenance and logistics support for 1,165 personnel, over 54 H-60 helicopters in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and the Global War on Terrorism abroad. Implemented maintenance management in which enabled the initial training of 75 Naval Aviators and 115 Naval Aircrewman qualifications in preparation for fleet assignments in operational commands.● Developed MH-60 specific policies in addition to new commercial based publications such as the Scheduled Maintenance Plan (SMP), User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Minimum Equipment List (MEL), and the Mission Essential Subsystem Matrix (MESM)● Established Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for U.S. 5 th and 6 th Fleets, initiated logistic planning, I-level flight line support, and facilities requirements for the Sikorsky H-60 helicopter requirements.● Managed logistical support of retiring H-60B aircraft through liaison with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Fleet Support Team (FST), and Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Support Systems (NAVSUPWSS); resulted in a 75% increase in operational readiness.
