Responsible for the employment, logistics, training, organization, and personnel. Provide feedback to system engineers on the readiness of equipment and practical insight on probable changes for a higher quality system. Work daily with Government personnel including Soldiers and outside contractors to ensure the highest standards for equipment productivity where met.

Responsible for the test and evaluation of multiple Air and Missile Defense systems to include Patriot and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD). Participating in the development and growth of the AIAMD system while conducting Tactics Techniques and Procedures Verification. Assessment of AIAMD Major End Items such as the Patriot and Sentinel radars, Engagement Operations Center, GEM-T/PAC-3 launchers, and the Soldier-Machine Interface with the AIAMD system. Participating in the Patriot Post Deployment Build 8.0 Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Verification. Assessment of the Individual and Collective Critical Task List as performed by the Soldiers using new PDB 8.0 hardware and software.Utilizing the force development test/experimentation (FDT/E) to examine the effectiveness of existing and proposed concepts. Developing doctrine, training, leader development, organization, and Soldier developments. Responsible for the definition and refinement of concepts of employment, logistics, training, organization, and personnel.
