Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day to day running of the Bodyshop. Supporting the Dick Lovett dealership group and customers with every aspect of paint/bodywork, restorations, warranty repair and insurance claims.

Time for a new challenge. After nearly thirty years a Service Manager it's time for something new. A move to the Body Shop to learn the business feels like a fresh start. No bad move after so long in the trade.

When I first took up the position of Service Manager at Dick Lovett Sporting Ltd (Ferrari/Maserati), it was a job of growing the Aftersales business and turning it into a profitable operation. Fully responsible for the financial performance of the Aftersales department. Largely involved with the build and equipping of the Aftersales Dept of our new dealership (the largest Ferrari dealership in North Europe) in Swindon.Other responsibilities include Health and Safety, Fire and Risk Assessments, COSHH, staff training, internal processes, Internal auditing and working with our marketing dept.More recently taking the management of the Parts Department on also after transferring our Parts Manager to Workshop Control. My responsibilities at Sudburys very much mirrored my work to date at Dick Lovett, including the build and move to a new dealership.During my time with Sudburys we won the award for the top Service Department in the network.

After joining Fish Brothers as a Service Advisor and gaining promotion to Service Manager my responsibilities very much mirrored my responsibilities at Dick Lovett except I joined an already establishes department.During my time as Service Manager I took the Service Department to the highest possible achievement with in the Peugeot network, that of Lion Standards Gold award.
