▪ Plans review of; Structural, Record of Site Condition, Building Services, Building Science, Change of Use, Life Safety, Accessibility and Municipal Planning▪ Analysis of Alternative Solutions for Structural, Fire Safety, Life Safety, Building Services and Building Sciences ▪ Ontario Building Code and National Building Code interpretation, analysis and enforcement▪ Unsafe building assessments (i.e. fire damage, structural damage)▪ Review and Research of studies for site-specific environmental concerns (Soil remediation and management plans, Radon Gas infiltration)▪ Review of site-specific Water and Waste Water services (manholes, piping and on-site water treatment facilities)

▪ Deep foundation design and analysis for bridges, buildings, signs, and towers, reinforced concrete design▪ Supervisor of joint research projects between Anchor, Queens University and RMC – some of these projects included testing of structural reinforced concrete military shelters, fibre-reinforced polymer concrete structures, underground sealing of pre-cast concrete structures, precast concrete stormwater retention systems and steel-reinforced precast insulated wall panel structures and buildings and Bombardier High-Speed Monorail project (FRP reinforced concrete)▪ On-site Inspection of concrete and reinforcing steel structures, design changes, in situ site conditions, installation problems and site soil conditions▪ Review and analysis of project-specific specifications such as; OPSD, OPSS, CHBDC, NBCC, OBC, RSIO and MTO▪ Contractspecial provision analysis respective to bidding and risk probabilities▪ Review and approval of engineered drawings prior to submissions▪ Project management/contract administration - medium to large scale projects. For example; o 407 East Expansion – total project management including bidding, managing production, overseeing delivery and on-site installation of the reinforcing steel for 21 of the 33 bridges for this project o Bombardier high-speed monorail project▪ Contract negotiations, change order management, estimating, take-offs, bills of materials▪ Business management of Anchor Rebar Supply including financial management and budgeting, production control and planning, employee selection, scheduling and management
