Our two groups, Pecan Park Grove LLC, & Hayes Street Project held in Trust, emphasize sustainable real estate projects and Inspections/Consultations, which we can design for you, based upon experience and skills, learned & licensed, in Real Estate Appraisal (CA License), Brokering (CA Licensing) and Home Inspections (MD, N.A.D.A Cert). Instead of employees, bosses and offices, we seek out partners selected to Co-manage our Air B&B, our Reno Nevada Development (breaking ground), and for our rental properties. We need capital for our investments, and welcome potential investors. Our investment strategy is to buy valuable land assets at a discounted price and develop them assiduously, through developing land, property renovations, etc. We hope you will consider us as a real estate investment, either way we are always available as a resource.
