Performed repairs and modifications on UH-60 helicopter rotary wing aircraft systems, airframes, components, assemblies and related systems.Removed, disassembled, inspected, repaired, adjusted, major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components and systems such as turbine assemblies, oil, fuel, and hydraulic pump assemblies main and tail rotor assemblies, drive shafts, transmissions, gear boxes, and other power train units, cooling fan assemblies, control valves, shrouds, etc.Checked work in progress and when finished, checked for compliance in accordance with supervisor's instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines.Ensured that needed plans, blueprints, materials, equipment, and tools were available and needed parts or stock were obtained from appropriate supply Ensured that needed plans, blueprints, materials, equipment, and tools were available and needed parts or stock were obtained from appropriate supply locations.Skilled in providing instructions, answering questions, and demonstrating proper work procedures while ensuring rules and regulations are followed within the shop.Experienced in prioritizing workload, pace setting, and leading a team.
