I case manage a very heavy docket of automobile accident cases from inception through settlement. My duties include signing up clients, opening up claims and lines of communication with insurance companies, representing the client in liability matters, gathering insurance information and correctly placing those claims with the proper resources to maximize.

I am in charge of the firm's civil litigation department and DWI defense. I actively prosecute and defend and/or oversee those cases scheduled for trial. I represent clients in cases involving personal injury, contracts, insurance claims, DTPA, and other civil matters. I also defend clients in criminal misdemeanor and DWI cases. I actively represent.

managing a civil trial litigation and pre-litigation docket. All aspects of pretrial and trial work; discovery, depositions, expert witness testimony, cross examination, opening/closing, pre and post trial motions.

Represented individuals in thier actions against brokers and brokerage houses as per securities law violations, providing legal counsel at their arbitration hearings.
