I have been in the electrical distribution industry my entire career. During that time, I have become experienced in most aspects of the business. I am a problem solver with the ability to adjust to unforeseen circumstances. I am an experienced manager with skills in all the main aspects of a business. This includes personnel, inside and outside sales, inventory control, profitability, strategic planning, document flow, and p & l analysis. I can motivate employees at all levels; it is important to make sure personnel understand they are valuable regardless of the position they hold in the company. My product knowledge spans the electrical realm. I am equally comfortable with motor controls and automation, as I am lighting and general electrical supplies. The one thing I have learned over the years is that the people aspect of this industry is still paramount. Even with all of the technology that has become the norm, people are still more important, and make the difference between success and failure.
