Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner. Assist customers in the store and on the phone. Respond to questions, direct customers to merchandise within the store, and provide excellent customer service. Educate customers about current promotions. Contribute to team's daily sales goals. Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise. Maintain the orderliness of the sales floor. Operate cash registers, take payments, and issue receipts.

Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check members in or provide a legendary tour to prospective members. Log in guess who check into amenities. Communicate updates and events to members and guest. Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships cards, change of address and billing payment questions.

Greet guess and inform them of any specials, menu items, and happy hour times. Direct guest to locations around the restaurant. Enter accurate orders into pos system and relay them to kitchen/ bar staff. Respond to any request and ensure customers are satisfied with their meals. De-escalate and resolve difficult situation, communicating to manager on duty as needed. Assist with stocking stations by replacing dishes and silverware, and organizing supplies.

Manage the wait list when restaurant is full. Seat guest in the proper station rotations. Meet and greet customers and provided them with refreshments. Answering and manage the telephone systems. Busses tables and provided assistance to servers. Expedite all incoming calls and ensures reservations are inputed into reservation system.
