Serves as the Program Manager and Continuity for Mission Assurance for HQDA. Responsible for overseeing strategic plan development; inter- and intra-agency coordination; program and product development, coordination and oversight; budget development; and contract monitoring. Serves as the senior government civilian employee and Program Manager of the MA/CIRM branch office. Performs critical infrastructure consequence analysis within the appropriate Systems of Record. Analyzes critical infrastructure consequence and problems resulting from critical asset data gathered during mission assurance assessments. Washington Dc-Baltimore Area

As the Mission Assurance Program Manager at the United States Department of the Army, I led critical infrastructure consequence analysis and developed risk mitigation plans to support continuation of critical strategic operations. I collaborate with inter-agency partners to analyze complex concepts for mission assurance assessments and managed the G-34 Continuity Of Operations Program to ensure mission essential functions are up to date and staff are trained.

Fort Belvoir Virginia

Works as the Antiterrorism Program Manager for USAG Fort Belvoir DPTMS, provides guidance and assistance in development of plans in support of IMCOM and Military District of Washington Operations Orders and regulations designed to protect military, civilian personnel and installation assets for the Garrison. Ensures the implementation and operation of policies and procedures governing the Force Protection/Antiterrorism Program for the Garrison. Provides advice and guidance to the antiterrorism threat working group members (ATWG) in order to ensure successful integration of comprehensive installation plans. Assist in coordinating development of plans for contingencies and liaison with local national authorities for support during emergencies. Maintains up-to-date installation plans for Force Protection and Antiterrorism, contingencies and emergencies. Ensure projects are added to CVAMP and funding requests are properly submitted. Determines procedures, collects and evaluates pertinent data for coordinating and developing installation-wide force protection. Conducts Anti-Terrorism level 1 briefings to entire community. Research classified and open source traffic to evaluate intelligence and discern factual and significant matters in news media and research sources. Serves as Defense Critical Infrastructure Protection Program Manager. Develops security and protection plan, procedures and guidance for protecting critical infrastructure to terrorist attacks. Works with the responsible Command and Subcommand Force Protection officers, Department of Public Works, Joint Staff Integrated Vulnerability Assessment (JSIVA) teams, HQDA AT program officers, Army Corps of Engineers as well as local emergency officials in the planning and preparations of Antiterrorism exercises or incident response to test plans and procedures. Reviews and prioritizes requirements and program funds for DCIP Program.

Darmstadt Area, Germany

Serves as a security assistant in the USAG Darmstadt Installation Security and Intelligence Office providing security service and support to the Garrison and tenant units. Primarily performs functions within the personnel security program, but also assists security specialists with conduct of the information security, communication security, industrial security and security awareness, education and training programs. Processes incoming and outgoing military personnel who are assigned or attached to the activity by furnishing, checking, and completing a variety of security related forms. Checks personnel records for security investigations/clearances and adverse suitability information. Completes a varied mixture of forms and documents in obtaining check of medical, military police and intelligence records used for determining clearance suitability.
