- Volunteered to serve as a Technology Connection Password Assist team member which involved triaging 2FA token issues, log-on ID password resets, and VPN token issues by guiding the customer to internal resources for self-assistance, referencing ServiceNow knowledge articles for procedure, and escalating to the appropriate contacts when necessary.- Served as an Agile Transformation Lead for Wells Fargo’s Agile initiative which involved presenting and assisting with implementing the fundamentals of Agile to 16 partner teams within my organization through Jira project space customization, procedure documentation, and suggestions for basic dashboard creation using Jira Query Language for custom reporting.- Created custom dashboards displaying key performance metrics using Jira Query Language and widgets to visualize current efforts in order to determine future Sprint/Version goals through WIP, Velocity, and Time to Close in addition to dashboards that display issues for team members to correct common ticket errors for anything still outstanding.- Maintained Splunk dashboards and alerts for multiple teams’ devices through writing more efficient Splunk queries, consolidating data within dashboards to use for reports to management on policy implementation accuracy and completeness, and triaging errors in existing queries when they occur.- Developed oversight guidelines in cooperation with multiple operations support teams related to business continuity planning improvements by maintaining the team’s Splunk dashboards for device count, configuration management, and access control, writing guidelines for these new processes, and drafting and implementing new processes and procedures for their teams.
