Account Executive
Current- Manage and grow client accounts by building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and consulting departments, to deliver tailored cloud solutions for clients.- Lead product demonstrations and client presentations to showcase solutions and drive new business.- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals with new and existing clients.- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage pipeline efficiently.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud-based HCM and ERP solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
