Continue to maintain the companies servicing documentation to help guide customers on what and when to clean their machines.- Remote telephone support for all customers around the world, offering world class remote support when required to help keep them printing.- PLC Updating, applying updates to PLC’s for servos and motors, working with CX-Drive and CX-Programmer to delivery updates- Profiling, helping customers achieve the colour range they need by profiling their fabric
