I’m passionate about working with purpose-driven owners of midsize companies to MULTIPLY ENTERPRISE VALUE so they can MAXIMIZE IMPACT. For over 27 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping midmarket companies grow their revenue, increase their valuation, and maximize their impact. Today, my focus is on equipping business leaders with the strategies, systems, and tools needed to elevate their businesses—whether to prepare for a successful exit or to reignite their passion for their company.
