Results:• Created and oversaw the running of a career-readiness focused leadership accelerator for formerly incarcerated people who had served over 15 years. • Chosen by the Executive Director of the organization to be the first program director.• Developed and taught the curriculum that was later adopted state-wide. • 100% of accelerator graduates were employed full-time within 3 months.
