In this role I lead a handful informal discussions on pressing/controversial topics on campus like abortion, police brutality, and sexual orientation. This experimental role was created the year I filled it, and exists so that students from all walks of life can share their opinions and benefit from hearing others' perspectives. I was part of the process of testing how this new student service would be recieved and it became very popular! In addition to keepng the conversations focused and civil, I also prepared budgets for food, and advertised for each event.

Greater San Diego Area

I worked at a Jack in the Box franchise near my home in San Diego during my Junior/Senior year of high school. It was a great experience learning how to operate the chain's point of sale system, how to offer prompt and proffessional service, and how to budget my time between work and school.
