With over 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, I am a seasoned and versatile leader with a passion for innovation, customer service, and operational excellence. As a Sr. Program Manager at Amazon, I oversee the development and delivery of Amazon Freight's external intermodal product, utilizing Amazon containers to offer a superior transportation program to external shippers. I am driven by the mission of creating the best customer experience possible, while reducing costs and improving margins for Amazon and its partners. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in various roles and segments of the transportation and logistics industry, from rail to trucking to intermodal. In my current role, I manage all aspects of the intermodal product, from planning to execution, including shipper integration, marketing, pricing, technology development, and operation. I leverage my skills in infrastructure project management, operations management, and logistics management to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the intermodal service. I also apply my expertise in intermodal shipping, which I gained from my previous roles as National Intermodal Director at Stevens Transport and Director of Economic Development and Strategic Programs at BNSF Railway, to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, solve complex problems, and enhance customer satisfaction.
