As Director of Operations, I Lead the Operations Team responsible for Training, Development, Logistics and Brand Compliance of all 42 Franchised Mary Brown’s locations in NL, NS, NB and PEI while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders involved including Franchisees, Suppliers, Vendors, Government agencies and Partners. I worked in tandem with Head Office Departments such as, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain, Franchising, Development, Construction and Design to ensure all KPI’s, Profit Margins and Targets were achieved. In this role, I identified new site locations, approved black line drawings and interviewed and signed off on new franchisee candidates.

As RDTD, I consult with Franchisees in the Newfoundland Region with a primary focus on Training and Development. I am also responsible for the development and facilitation of the Mary Brown's University (MBU) Shift Management Program in Atlantic Canada.

I am primarily responsible for providing leadership and direction focused on the execution of the key tactics and standards of the Plan to Win with the objective of maximizing the long-term sales, day to day operations and profit results of each restaurant.
