CurrentManage the Sales New Hire program and curriculum for Thales. Deliver New Hire curriculum to Thales CPL sales teams all over the globe. Collaborate with Sales Directors and VPs to determine needs and gaps of sales teams and create learning assets to attempt to fulfill the needs and gaps. Deliver training via multiple modalities with sales skills and sales-related content. Coach internal salespeople to higher performance in sales skills, system usage, and process completion. Developed Thales' New Starter Sales Training Lab 5-day course to introduce all newly-hired sales professionals to our products and how to effectively sell them using various modalities (new design saved approximately $10K in travel/expenses per session). Develop multi-topic micro-learnings (infographics, videos, scripts) via Camtasia, Vyond, Doodly, GoAnimate, PowerPoint, Prezi, and MCWord. Develop systems training such CPQ from Callidus and Salesforce.com. Manage all multiple-topic breakout sessions during our 3 regional (AMER, EMEA, and APAC) Sales Kick Off events.
