Throughout my career with printing and imaging leader Lexmark, I have delivered analytical and problem-solving expertise in a variety of roles.In my most recent role as Senior Demand Planner, I strengthened real-time executive decision-making through accurate and time-sensitive demand forecasts, delivering forecasts for a $300M business unit and providing insights through business challenges. I advised our Americas General Manager and executive sales team through times of constant change, including COVID. We successfully launched new numerous new product and service offerings, introducing service support for 11 printer programs within 12 months. I cultivated alliances with OEM partners including Dell, ensuring quality, logistics, and supply chain success. I also identified system and process improvements across numerous services, earning a patent for innovation.In my previous work for Mas-Hamilton Group and Strong Tool Company, I effectively drove change across diverse organizations, gaining ISO 9000 Quality Management System status for 2 companies and utilizing data and analysis to influence strategic planning and business objectives.
