    Under my development and leadership, overall Parking revenue increased in FY22 by $10m vs. 2019 due to the strategic growth of Prebooked Parking Online, growing from $8.7M (’19) to $32M in 2022 using segmentation, pricing, market research, machine learning, advanced analytics, product development & advertising (+35% incremental revenue).Led and strategically managed a team of 6 revenue management and data scientists (a +3 increase in headcount vs when I started). Our team used econometrics and data science to maximize revenue for the annual $200M+ in parking & ground transportation at the airport. Our team provided advanced reporting (Power Point, Tableau, R, PDF, etc) to several departments and senior executives at the airport as part of the Global Strategy and Development team.
