Managed 3 niche titles - Recruitment Matters(official REC publication), U Mag (official Unison publication) & UCU (University & College Union magazine). Managed the display, online and event sales for this group of publications. Q4 or 2009 saw the successful inception of the REC's National Convention and IRP Awards in which I sold everything from tables to sponsorships. The success led to a 3 year contract renewal.
