Responsible for production of Maintenance documentation to support Bombardier built and maintained fleets in the UK and for Configuration Management processes throughout the UK business• Represented Services in Global Configuration Management team, ensuring standardized systems considered maintenance and operational requirements• During the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympics, seconded to the role of Olympic Operations Control Manager overseeing all of Bombardier’s activities during this critical period for the London and UK transport system.
