Robotics Area Rme Manager
CurrentRME Robotics Area Manager (RAMM), MHE Area Manager, Projects and Analytics Lead. As RAMM I completely restructured the AR department with a focus on Analytics and Training. Leading FTW6 AR to the top-ranked AR Facility in the network within 6 months. As MHE AMM our management team maintained FTW6 RME as one of the top ranked facilities in the network; often #1. Trained reports/peers to create an overall focus on the relevance of metrics to uncover opportunities and maintain our facility's high standard of quality. RME representative for GEMBA, Safety Committee, and Safety Review Board. As Project Lead, coordinated all levels of RME, Operations, Finance, and GM for the due-diligence, budgetary planing, and full install for MHE Equipment (MaxxReachs, Flex-Conveyors, De-Stuffit, etc) and BBM (correcting electrical issues throughout entire AR floors). In 2022 I stepped in and re-structured two "stalled" Operations proposals for IB Conveyance and AR Cat 1 Safety issue. I took ownership to completion and saved Amazon over $500K using my solution over the original proposals. Constantly reaching across the aisle to increase the efficiency of our daily processes. Worked with Operations to coordinate process workarounds during repairs (avoiding SEVs) and train AA's to complete many menial tasks (jam clearing, fiducial replacement, etc). This freed up substantial time for our RME Techs to concentrate on critical equipment reliability. My primary asset is my ability to coordinate stakeholders across departments, all levels of management, external contractors, etc. in a low stress but pro-active manner to drive projects from concept to customer-deliverable and beyond.
