This has led to absolutely zero injuries due to equipment failure or unsafe conduct that resulted in injury to performers or the audience. Overall in charge of a team of five trainers that specialized in map reading, land navigation, communications and communications equipment, heavy machine gun maintenance and employment, and personal weapon maintenance and employment. Trained 6,475 personnel on various military weapon systems, conducted 14 live fire ranges, instructed 16 map reading classes receiving excellent reviews from most of the 800 participants, instructed multiple 40 hour courses for drivers training to 733 clients, and maintained over $1,000,000 worth of communications equipment with 100% accountability. Selected to be a Unit Mobilization Assistor (UMA) providing customer service to 4 units consisting of 630 clients dealing with personnel accountability, tracking training by individual in the unit, coordinating retraining for personnel who did not succeed or missed training, coordinate transportation to and from remote locations, ensure meals and hydration were provided at all training sites, being the liaison between the unit, the trainers, and regional command to ensure a smooth and safe time on Ft. Lewis.

Resource Manager in the United States Army at Ft. Lewis, WA; developed and managed a tracking system for seventeen facilities in two separate geographical locations, managed twelve training teams in order to service 7,200 customers with realistic training that maintained 100% validation of regional requirements, managed and scheduled nine Government fleet vehicles at 100% operational readiness, coordinated all resources for training 7,200 personnel, and enforced strict risk management procedures throughout training, resulting in zero accidents for 9,509 personnel during two years and four month time span.

Provided each and every person with the superior customer service, this was proven by receiving 100% satisfaction from 98% of the new car surveys for the duration of employment. This was accomplished by greeting the customer with warmth and creating an immediate connection with them. Assisted in the customer’s process of analyzing and identifying their true needs and blending their desires, molded the concept into a vehicle that was a good fit for them. Promoted a customer based low pressure buying atmosphere, while moving forward with the buying process by utilizing personality, logic, humor, and industry driven techniques to close the deal.
