Responsible for all audiovisual equipment rentals, with a primary focus on the Classic Center convention center in Athens, GA. Assisting multi-day conventions, and smaller one day presentations, deliver their information/message with the best audiovisual experience available.• Pre-planning with clients to provide options within budget• Scheduling personnel and making equipment reservations• Assisting with set up and striking of gear• Hands on execution of events• Customer service with many different clients in regards to gear interaction/operation• Bookkeeping of quotes, final invoices and billingConventions with general sessions and multiple break-out rooms, to one session presentations, experience with all types of events and shows.
