• Develop, direct and implement multiple retreats per year for engaged couples, students, ministry interns.
• Prepare discussions, themes and music; preach, preside and cantor for prayer services; organize Eucharistic celebrations.
• Coordinate departmental dinners for faculty and students incorporating discussion on faith, family and careers.
• Develop Christian communities; create ecumenical prayer services; provide spiritual direction and leadership.
• Recruit and supervise recent graduates who will serve as campus ministry interns; select and cultivate mentors for resident interns.

• Collaborated in the planning, implementation and promotion of weekend retreats for 10,000 annual retreatants.
• Conducted retreat conferences and workshops on church life and theology; compose, preach and preside at prayer services.
• Provided personal, marital, career counseling and spiritual direction for retreatants and referrals through the Archdiocese of Hartford.
• Promoted retreat movement throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, averaging 500 new retreatants each year.
• Conducted youth retreats by directing and organizing team of college students to present Confirmation topics and relevant themes.

• Directed, organized and implemented year-long Confirmation preparation process, involving students, theology faculty members and staff.
• Responsible for ongoing growth of the university's Christian community project, Communities ND; developed written materials, met with students, organized publicity, planning and events.
• Developed planning and execution of the Keeping the Faith speaker series, gathering faculty, staff and students to explore new ways to integrate faith, education and action.
• Assisted in the organization of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.
• Responsible for overseeing the organizational aspects of Eucharistic celebrations for 2,000 people.
• Presented psychological and theological aspects of intimacy to couples for the program "What's the Future of This Relationship"?
