Over my time at Accenture, I advanced though a series of roles spanning the delivery leadership of complex Digital programs, to leading the solutioning (e.g. complex architectural and commercial deal shaping) for large Digital sales opportunities and, finally, serving as a Digital Sales Executive for a defined client portfolio. As a Digital Transformation Lead, I helped clients unlock trapped enterprise value by launching new digital products and service offerings involving Interactive, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML/RPA), Analytics, and IoT. I led client executives to reimagine how Digital can transform their business, develop an investment hypothesis to support the transformation, co-create Digital pilots, and develop the scale plan to ramp-up their operating model, technology platforms, and data supply chain.

With two partners, I formed a Digital Product studio that provided digital UX design, Agile SW development and engineering leadership for the emerging category of “on-the-glass” presentation-layer technologies (Javascript, Adobe Flex/Flash, Microsoft Silverlight) and public APIs. We were early into solving the UX patterns and engineering challenges for desktop and mobile use cases involving consumer payments, mobile banking, video streaming and online learning. We bootstrapped our growth to 20 FTEs and shipped product for an impressive client list of F500 companies (including Microsoft, AT&T, Intuit and Barracuda Networks) and VC-backed start-ups.

Program Executive for large-scale Digital Product and Technology Architecture engagements. The highlight project was for Carlson Wagonlit Government Travel - an online travel booking and expense (T&E) management portal for U.S. Federal agencies.

Led the product strategy and development roadmap for this data and analytics provider. Analyzed new market opportunities involving consumer data, predictive analytics, email marketing, and data warehousing technology.
