Senior Vice President—Senior Change Manager—Global Securities Solutions (GSS)• Managed the GSS Global Change Management team, a group of 15 project management professionals located in Chicago and London responsible for execution of large technology and process improvement initiatives for the organization.• Execution Lead for the Americas Operation Strategy, a project to reorganize the entire business unit from being aligned in product silos to a shared services model with groups realigned by function. This project redesigned the reporting structure and major processes for the entire organization.• Developed a project governance process to allow prioritization of technology related initiatives that would deliver the most benefit to the business.• Introduced the Bank of America project management methodology to the business unit. Sold senior management on the idea of a centralized change management function to execute larger initiatives. Recruited the current Change Management team from within the existing ranks and provided extensive classroom and on-the-job training in project management.• Provided daily project management and Six Sigma coaching to Change Management team and other associates working on projects.

• Managed the Corporate Treasury Program Management Office (PMO). Function includes managing the entire portfolio of funded initiatives, project forecasting and coaching Change Managers on project deliverables. In 2006, successfully managed the Corporate Treasury Initiative Checkbook to within 99.8% of $9.7 million budget.• Facilitated the Strategy Action Council, Corporate Treasury’s executive governance process for reviewing and approving strategic initiatives. • Co-Led a cross functional group to design the Corporate Treasury Roadmap, a consolidation of desired strategic business capabilities supported by a schedule of business and technical initiatives that help realize those capabilities. Facilitated the Roadmap Committee meeting, a monthly meeting to prepare and prioritize items for the Strategy Action Council. • Based on Roadmap efforts, the initiative budget was increased from $9.7 million in 2006 to $18.4 million in 2007. Led the effort to forecast the expenses and benefits for 30+ funded initiatives in 2007.• Facilitated the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analyses for all of the Corporate Treasury business units. Vice President—Six Sigma Black Belt—Consumer Real Estate (CRE)• Provided Six Sigma support for CRE Retention, Relationship Deepening, National Post Closing (NPC) and Loans Serviced by Others (LSBO). Successfully influenced the leadership teams to take a Six Sigma approach to their tactical as well as strategic initiatives, including knowing when a Green Belt project is not the way to proceed.• Coached 16 Green Belt projects to completion including 10 Green Belt Improvement projects and 6 Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) projects. Completed projects have generated over $1.8 million in NIBT annual savings.
