Planned, facilitated, provided technical, administrative and executive oversight while leading 3 deployments to combat theatres within 1 year. Directly supervised a supporting cast of diverse government agencies and personnel to include Department of Defense civilians, Naval Research Lab scientists, Essex corporation engineers, Defense Intelligence Agency advisors and U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy and Air Force aircrewman/operators.Directly responsible for the most successful monetary year in squadron history. As a Navy Working Capital organization directly managed manpower budget, operations budget, training and readiness funding and research mission capital expenditures. Working with the Naval Research Lab turned the squadron from previous deficit operations to a surplus directly by implementing cost control measures and routinely analyzing current and existing programs to look for process efficiencies. Efforts aided the planned future expenditure of $10M for aircraft rewinging and fatigue life extension.Managed both civilian and military personnel to include all aspects of timekeeping and pay, military and civilian evaluations, professional development and mentorship while managing operations in concert with multiple defense department agencies and civilian institutions.
