In sourced datacenter from IBM (4 months) achieving a savings of $4.5M - $6M annually. Technology platforms include virtualized server & storage platforms, MPLS network, VoIP voice network, Microsoft, Oracle, PeopleSoft application Stacks, Microsoft and Oracle database platforms, .Net, Oracle, Java development platforms and a Web Service centric web platform.

The system allows users to manage all aspects of the new home purchase and construction process, including the acquisition and development of land, sales and construction scheduling from any authorized location in the corporation. Built utilizing Microsoft Windows NT, PowerBuilder, "C", and Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere.

Group delivered business system integration solutions to customers within the Detroit/Midwestern Region and throughout the U.S. Primary focus was on open system solutions and cooperative processing technologies. Directed team of Project Managers and technologists who provided technology and business solutions to various customers, management of P&L’s up to five million dollars, management of various joint-marketing agreements and the creation and closure of sales opportunities within the region. Responsible for evaluating, supporting and training accounts in open systems and cooperative processing technologies. Responsibilities included: Management of a 17 member development staff. Controlled a $2 million operating budget. Design was performed utilizing CASE tools and structured methodologies. The system was developed on a VAX cluster, utilizing COBOL, ACMS, RDB/SQL, TDMS, CMS, MMS and CDD.

Management, design, development, and implementation of various information support systems for a major automobile manufacturer. The projects included:• A system to monitor the progress and provide lead-time analysis of a large-scale engine design project from the initial design concept through plant start up. • A vehicle tracking and reporting system for the sale of used vehicles. The system traced vehicles from the company's holding lots through railroad yards to an independent auction firm.• An automobile dealership Customer Satisfaction Index system used to evaluate the quality of the services performed by the dealer as well as their sales performance.
