I've served in key positions of authority and leadership in combat environments from Desert Storm through Iraqi Freedom. I've also lead in the multi-national environment of Kosovo. I've served in positions of command from platoon through battalion. These complex organizations ranged in size from 80 to 300 personnel. My track record demonstrates an ability to create winning teams and an energy focused on making winning leaders even better. Additionally, I have an academic background teaching at the college level and have worked in the sales industry of a profitable medium size company in Austin, Texas. I have managed budgets for the government in excess of $350m, operating across 220k sq miles, with more than 18,500 employees and 77 facilities. I am a proven professional, fully capable of organizing and managing large complex tasks toward ultimate success. I have a background in organizational excellence where continuous cycles of improvement are the norm.
