I showed promise, particularly in my ability to learn the features and functions of applications. e://volution was working with Visique Optometrists at the time, rolling out a managed desktop and hosting application solution. I moved into performing onsite implementations of the Visique project within their optometrist practises nationwide. I also shared the role of a systems administrator, maintaining the hosting environment. e://volution is the IT arm of Norcross Group. A highlight of working for e://volution was being involved in an early adoption of the Cisco IP Call Manager system and IPFX voicemail system. It was here that I wet my feet in IP telephony and have since grown into similar disciplines with Microsoft Lync 2010. -
