insight2execution--i2e LLC-- is a marketing consultancy and content development agency that helps our clients make impact by closing the loop between understanding customer needs, aspirations and pain points (the deep insights) and the final, customer-ready deliverable (the execution). Our founding principles are based on the experience we have had working on the client side of marketing. One agency seeks to understand the market and opportunities by speaking directly with customers and partners, conducting formal primary and secondary research, analyzing published reports, spending time with thought-leaders across the organization. These insights are then cataloged and presented.Later another vendor/supplier/agency analyzes these insights and develops a go-to-market strategy, along with recommendations for tactical support--social media, advertising, customer engagement activities, partner outreach--a marketing strategy that identifies spending and the story to be conveyed.And later still, yet another vendor/supplier/agency is engaged to actually create a bill-of-materials (BoM) that support the strategy and communicate the unique value proposition aligned with the positioning and messaging that--wait for it--a different agency created.We believe this approach is broken. We strive to close the loop between insight and execution. Quite simply, the team that speaks directly to customer and partners are in the best position to tell the story that will resonate with that target audience and compel action.While not all of our engagements with the various teams we work with follow this linear path, maintaining this approach as a unifying principal ensures we deliver a radically better product to our clients.
