Perform all recruitment functions, including corporate and field recruitment efforts, career fairs, strategy development and analysis, and candidate sourcing. Assist the department in sourcing, identifying and screening top tier applicants. • Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions, sourcing both active and passive candidates.• Build a strong network, utilizing social media and other communication technologies to find top talent.• Screen candidate résumés and conduct initial phone/office interviews of select candidates, contributing to the hiring decision.• Responsible for managing the communication process with candidates and the staffing team, corresponding and following up with candidates as needed.• Support the recruitment team on all field related positions.• Strategize and help create Power Design Branding /advertising in large media markets.
