1 – performed Service Assurance and Service Delivery support for large Telecom Customers, to include Sprint, Clear Wire, AT&T, and a few others. Work with both Ericsson Nortel equipment. Maintained service to Market areas within KY, responsibilities include Trouble restoration, inventory management, and installation of Legacy Ericsson CDMA as well as Network Vision 4G equipment. Also have performed Integration of Ericsson LTE equipment for Sprint.

Worked on Walmart extensive network, Installing verint camera systems and encoders. Installing network devices throughout the store including VOIP lines and register lines. Installed electrical items such as critical power and 110 outlets. Installed fiber optical cable from the MDF to the switch locations. Ran network devices to those switches including wireless access points (Motorola and Cisco) and RFID readers.
