Tasked with preparing the site for proposed accreditations (Pharma GMP, ISO 9001, ISO13485 & BRC Food) and maintaining the current ISO 22716 Cosmetics GMP certification. To this end, I have spent the last few months updating the site's manuals, procedures and associated documentation and started the process of training these out to the production & technical teams.

Full site responsibility for the QMS and ensuring products meet customer and internal specifications. Primary site contact for external auditors and also the lead internal auditor for the site. Achieved BRC consumer products AA grade within 10 weeks of starting with the company. (Previously C grade). This was done through gap analysis, procedural updates, training and setting relevant site objectives & targets. I also looked after site calibrations, pest control, traceability, HACCP, water control and site hygiene / GMP. During my time at this company, I also took on various health & safety responsibilities such as risk assessments, COSHH assessments and legionella control.

Full site responsibility for Quality Management System. Primary site contact for external auditors, retailer technologists and brand owners. Experience in BRC Consumer Products (PC&H), Tesco Non-Food Standard, ISO 22716 Cosmetics GMP and raw material chain of custody standards. Leading a team of 15 technicians including goods inward, QA and micro lab staff. HACCP team leader. Lead internal auditor. Supplier Auditor. Analysis of non-conformance data, complaints investigation, KPI reporting, proposing and implementing CAPA through RCA.

Full site responsibility for product quality ensuring products meet customer specifications. Management of a team of 4 inspectors covering a 7 day fruit ripening & packing facility. Monitoring traceability of fruit arriving in the country to customer depots. I also looked after complaints, calibration, internal auditing (site and head office), pest control, product benchmarking, hygiene & GMP, non-conformance reviews, management of goods in / out inspections, shelf life monitoring and weekly site quality reports.
