Internal Recruitment- Direct sourcing of candidates, through active calling, bulk emails, and job adverts.- Conducting first and second stage interviews for hires into Cortex.- Passing best candidates through to final stage to meet with company director.- Extending offers of employment to successful candidates.- Agreeing start dates, and ensuring all relevant documentation received.Training and on boarding- Creating IT Recruitment training material from scratch.- Training new graduates joining Cortex, playing a key part in implementing a new training programme. Involved with training on recruiting lawfully, sales & technology training and presentations, work shadowing and call coaching.- Training junior recruiters how to identify and clear technical professionals.Resourcing management- Meeting with consultants across the business to understand overall needs for external clients.- Creating new processes and documentation to better track business needs.- Managing and assigning resourcing duties to a team of resourcers.- Ensuring resourcing team is meeting agreed targets and KPIs.- Actively searching for IT professionals using various methods.
