Responsible for the consultancy, design and implementation of platforms, processes and systems as required by AXA UK Group and AXA partnerships. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Managed a project to develop a corporate partner management system to ensure all external staff could sell insurance in line with FSA compliance guidelines. Reduced AXA monitoring costs and mitigated resulting risks by 25% through implementing additional innovative enhancements to this system. Built continuous evaluation into the above platform to measure the effectiveness of the systems and quality of the products. Awarded the Financial Innovations 2008 Award for Excellence in Compliance, Risk and Governance award.  Managed various projects to link the internal Learning Management System to external suppliers systems allowing staff to use a single interface and single log in.  Negotiated license, contracts and service level agreements with third party suppliers. Managed a project to ensure all AXA insurance staff understood the Treating Customers Fairly requirements of the FSA.  Created the business case to reduce the cost of outsourcing courses by purchasing an elearning creation software package.
