Recruiting support and administration staff for London’s Architectural and Design practices. I am responsible for:• Identifying and meeting Architecture and Design clients regularly• Taking detailed briefs/writing advertising copy• Interviewing/screening candidates• Testing applicants’ MS Office / Creative Suite and typing skills • Co-ordinating permanent, temporary and fixed-term employment • Work closely with the Architecture, Interiors, Graphics, and Worldwide teams in-house

Providing business support to the Architectural Recruitment team, I also work closely with the Interior Design, Admin Support and Graphic Design consultants. Duties include but are not limited to: • Review new applications, invite candidates for interview• Manage team diaries• Edit, format and upload CV’s and Portfolios to our database• Review and upload job advertisements• Data Entry• Ad-hoc duties.

Recruitment:• Recruit for multi project requirements and international assignments• Formatting of CV’s for submission to clients• Define and carry out searches using Boolean methods on online databases• Conduct telephone and face to face interviews with prospective candidates• Respond to requests for candidates and information in a timely manner• Assist in building the database for prospective clients• Assist in the management and control of existing clients in terms of fee levels, terms of business, quality etc• Create and coordinate recruitment advertising using online tools and relevant websitesMarketing:• Ensuring the smooth production of recruitment advertising campaigns, with particular responsibility for accurate typesetting of copy and design in Photoshop and Illustrator.• Planning, developing, managing and executing marketing communications• Ownership of social media updating Linked In, Twitter and Facebook on a regular basis.• Campaign management (perception/engagement/acquisition/retention) • Managing e-marketing campaigns/direct mail campaigns/quarterly newsletter• Writing content for sales and marketing collateral, direct mail campaigns• Regular proof reading
