I've worked exclusively in acoustics since graduating. I initially specialized in the prediction and measurement of military aircraft noise and then diversified into the acoustics of the built environment after gaining my MSc. Key areas of work are noise control in building services, architectural acoustic design, environmental noise impact studies and entertainment noise.Projects of note are: Doha Metro Qatar - Major Stations and Red Line North architectural acoustic design, Doha Oasis Qatar architectural acoustic design, Pala Alpitour in Turin, including CATT-Acoustic ray-tracing modelling for future concert use, plant noise control of the Malibran and Fenice Theatres in Venice and for Venice Marco Polo Airport, environmental plant noise control of Primark flagship store in Milan , IED Milan acoustic design, MOD Procurement Executive HQ offices in Bristol.I've also undertaken the acoustic design of the facades of many prestigious projects, including: ENI San Donato, Hotel Armani, Milan - Tour F, Paris - Maroc Telecom, Rabat - King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh Parcels 1.10, 1.11, 4.10 & 5.02 - BBC Media City, Salford - The Cloud Conference Centre, EUR Rome - Diamond Tower, Milan - Hotel Vela, Barcellona. Unipol towers in Milan and Turin.
