• Complete annual reviews of key financial crime policies• Complete audits within the business to ensure compliance/adherence to key financial crime policies• Complete investigative work and analysis against suspicious activity• Keep up to date with relevant products and services, legislation and IT systems (including the use of automated financial crime detection tools such as Netreveal, Hunter, World Check & BirdgerXG)• Practice the relevant laws, techniques and procedures in investigation of significant issues involving internal fraud or misconduct• Development and awareness of the red flags and vulnerabilities associated with our products and services• Strong problem resolution, issue sensitivity and facilitation skills• Experience in working with various financial crime policies (Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions, Anti Bribery and Corruption & Data Security)• Development and enhancement of the Sanctions Compliance Program, including establishing minimum standards to be met by all regions and evaluation of programmatic effectiveness.• Responsibility for policies and procedures, training, risk assessment and adherence (AML, ABC & Sanctions)• Conduct preliminary and post investigation on potential matches in line with FCA regulations and RSA Group screening requirements• Work closely with Anti-Corruption/AML Compliance, Internal Audit and other control functions to ensure that compliance programs, policies and procedures meet current legal requirements• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business• Ensure policies, procedures and practices comply with legislative and regulatory developments
