Right now, I'm focused on:- Supporting learners - I co-own and operate an e-Learning business which provides tailored training and awareness raising solutions for financial institutions and DNFBPs;- Supporting leaders - I deliver tailored coaching and induction programmes to get new leaders up to speed on financial regulation;- Supporting regulated firms - providing advice and training on compliance risk management, carrying out root cause analysis and performing independent evaluations of the effectiveness of boards of directors and compliance functions;- Supporting regulators - supporting regulatory agencies in the implementation of risk-based supervision and leading the ICFSR, a professional qualification for regulators run by the School of International Financial Services and Corporate Governance Institute.My professional qualifications include certifications in risk management, sustainable finance and root cause analysis as well as specialist training provided by IOSCO, the Financial Stability Institute and the Securities and Exchange Commission. I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and hold a master´s degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance Management. I have over 15 years experience in regulatory supervision spanning banking, securities and fiduciary activity. My subsequent experience as a consultant includes supporting clients in the design and implementation of their risk management (ISO 31000) and compliance management frameworks (ISO 37301).
