My role involved designing the operational blueprint for our International Money Transfer Operators (IMTO) and domestic digital wallet services, as well as formulating a comprehensive business plan and market entry strategy. I was instrumental in identifying and integrating strategic banking partnerships to enable deposit functionalities within our Dash app, and collaborated closely with the Product Ops team to optimize payment and customer journey flows. My efforts also extended to coordinating the application processes for critical regulatory approvals, including an ADLA license, in partnership with legal and compliance teams. Moreover, I managed the financial forecasting and budget planning for our South African operations, ensuring thorough preparation for audits and executive reporting.
