Spanning over 20 years of experience, I have been fortunate enough to be at the forefront of revolution and innovation in the Technology Services sector. Having extensive experience delivering large, complex, and transformative projects across thousands of private and public sector organisations, I have developed, over the years, a full-stack technology and digital expertise with a track record of delivering maximum value without compromising on quality. In my entrepreneurial journey, I was one of 4 founders of Comms-care, who are the UK's leading channel (indirect) technology services provider and a multi-award-winning organisation. The business was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2016. Following the acquisition, I was given the role of a Senior Executive to integrate and expand the services offered in the UK and Europe. Under my leadership, the company saw significant improvements in technology innovation, infrastructure, and security, with the successful delivery of major initiatives, including the transformation of the company's global data centres, modernisation of the company's network, and implementation of an industry-leading security program.During that time, I built a wealth of experience and expertise, utilising my interpersonal skills to identify and develop talent to bring people together. With an open-minded attitude, I built highly motivated, focused, and successful teams.
