I was responsible for the delivery of all security consulting and systems integration projects in EMEA, managing a team of thirty security consultants. I agree and planned staff requirements against the sales pipeline and determine delivery priorities. I have also worked with project delivery teams to trouble-shoot delivery issues in identity management and data security projects.

I was the Infosys Consulting Digital Security Practice Lead responsible for creating new security consulting capability; undertaking business development in existing customers; creating thought leadership; project portfolio delivery including the creation of a greenfield security capability for a commodities company as part of an IT divestment leading an onshore/offshore security team of ten people to stand up a full range of security services.
